Snap Strips for Duvet Covers

Haven't used them yet - duvet & cover I wanted isn't available now

These are ingenious - so ingenious that I struggled mightily as to their proper installation. I did get them sewn onto my duvet & cover but it's a messy job; I finally just said heck with it, nobody's going to see it anyhow. Yes, I would buy these again. The main reason I give them a mediocre rating is lousy customer service. I called their number multiple times to ask for instructions or tips to use the product, and every time I called their voicemail box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I sent a couple of emails as well, no response. I have a form of dyslexia which makes it difficult for me to figure out this kind of thing, and I really could have used the help. They are happy to sell you something, but then you're on your own.

The product arrived quickly, had clear instructions and works exactly as needed. Thank you!
