I sent an email because I had a few questions and received a call from Claudia. She was very helpful and gave me some good advice. I received the item in a couple of days. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I thought the shipping was a bit high considering we both live in the greater Phoenix area....but that could be just USPS charges, I don't know. Otherwise, very satisfied and would order from here again.
