Kasey Valance Pattern
This fully lined and interlined valance can be adapted to fit any size window. Instructions are for a 42” board mount with a skirted backdrop. However, it can be hung from a rod with rings. The finished length of the valance is approximately 22 inches.
This valance works best when constructed out of a medium- weight decorative fabric for the face and a medium-weight contrasting fabric for the backdrop and piping.
The valance is lined in drapery lining with a facing at the top and bottom of the valance. This facing can be out of the face fabric or a contrasting fabric.
