A formal valance with deep pleats that originates from the top of the board and cluster around the horn section. It and the jabot are cut with a straight bottom allowing you to use fabric borders and wide trims.
I’m not far enough along on my project so haven’t put the to use yet. But they are exactly as described and I’m very excited to finish my slipcover with them.
