Refunds and Returns Policy
Returns are eligible for full refunds up to 20 days from date of purchase, and are issued for merchandise only. Exchanges are at the discretion of Home Sewing Depot.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items returned after 20 days are subject to a 25% restocking Fee. Shipping is paid by the customer.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 50% restocking Fee. Shipping is paid by the customer.

The following items are non-refundable:
Workroom Canvas Table Grid, DIY Cornice Kits, Reliable Corp Products such as Irons, Sewing Machines, and Grommet Presses.
Additional non-refundable items:
Gift cards, clearance items, or cut goods
Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and advance notification. Send an email requesting authorization to return to: lisa@homesewingdepot.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery
Refunds:
Refunds (merchandise only - full or partial) will be issued to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of receipt. All returns are inspected for condition.
Exchanges:
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email lisa@homesewingdepot.com, and send your item to: 17812 N 63rd Ave. Glendale, AZ 85308
Gifts:
Items purchased as a gift will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17812 N 63rd Ave. Glendale, AZ 85308
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will consist of the merchandise price only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items over $75, should be returned using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
