Backyard Beverage Caddy

The Backyard Beverage Caddy is a quick sew, and fun to make! This caddy is designed to hold your favorite bottled or canned beverages, and even bottled sauces. It is perfect for gifting drinks or sauces to neighbors, friends, and family. Take this caddy to cook-outs, the beach or to holiday gatherings such as the Fourth of July, Birthdays, Fathers day, and more!

This project is ideal for novelty quilt weight cotton prints, vinyl, cork, and kraft-tex!  I would recommend making the base and handle from “specialty fabrics,” such as vinyl, cork fabric, or leather, to ensure accuracy and stability.  The finished size is approximately 8” wide at base, 9” high, and 6-1/2” deep.

Handle * Base (vinyl, cork, kraft-tex)

• 1/4 yard or 1 Fat Quarter

Light Weight fusible Woven Interfacing such as Pellon SF101

• 3/4 yard

Heavy Weight stabilizer such as Pellon 71F

• 3/4 yard (20" wide)
