Beautiful lace up valance pattern, a great way to show off contrast fabrics together.  This fully lined and interlined, valance with mock pleats and lace-up ties can be adapted to fit any window width. The finished length of the valance is approximately 22 ½” in length.

This valance works best when constructed out of a medium-weight to heavy weight decorative fabric. The valance is self-lined to prevent white lining from showing to the front side.

The mock pleats are made using a contrasting fabric. The ties and piping are also out of a contrasting fabric.
