This fully lined, scallop-edge Cuff Top valance trimmed with piping can be adapted to fit any size window. Our instructions fit a standard window (36” to 43” wide), and include the information needed to add to or reduce the width. The finished length of the valance is approximately 18” at the short point and 27” at the sides.

This Cuff Top valance pattern by Pate Meadows works best when constructed out of a medium-weight decorative fabric.

Questionable instructions.

I haven't used the pattern yet, but in reviewing the instructions, I find them unnecessarily over complicated. If I was a novice seamstress, i would be very confused by the repeated instructions.
