Cord Lock for 3-5 Cords

I had a Roman shade assembled and strung the cord. There were no instructions included with the cord lock. The cords wouldn't lock so I had to turn to youtube in search of a "how to" video. Jury is still out on these locks.

I needed a notion which would formerly have been readily available. Happy to say I was a previous customer and knew to reach out to them. Home Sewing Depot came to the rescue once again with great customer service and quick turnaround time on my cord lock for Roman shades.

No reflection on HSD but…The cord lock is poorly made. I’m an Interior designer with a background in sewing. I’ve owned and operated curtain workrooms in the past. The cord lock hasn’t changed in 35 years. One of the other cord locks did the same thing as the one that was replaced. The cartridge in the lock squeezes itself past the jamb. I got that one to pop back in place but I have to be extremely gentle with them going forward. I made these roman shades myself in my condo.
