I immediately was impressed with the selection of hardware for making Roman shades. I have made them before, but there are so many methods and types of hardware. It gets confusing to decide. When I made my purchase online, I forgot to add other items. I needed to call To have these added to the same shipment. I’m glad I called because Claudia helped me be certain that I was getting the proper materials for my application. That is wonderful customer service!
